This will be my first supplemented bulk and was curious if anyone had any suggestions, etc. Ive tried to make my way through all the damn products out there (the ones that seem to be the most widely used anyway) and this is what Ive come up with so far as a plan.

Any thoughts, suggestions, or swaps would be greatly appreciated if need be.

Purple Wraath (PRE)
Universal Storm (POST)
Animal Pak (MULTI-V)
ActivaTE Xtreme (NAT TEST)
Protein (Currently Nitrean!)

Considering Opticen as a PWO meal replacement. I would love to say I dont need the weight gainer and that just food will suffice, but I like the idea of a meal replacement option where I can severely control the nutrition info. I absolutely love the taste of Results but just havent decided if I want to add it to the stack or not. Im wondering how it would stack with Wraath as a PreWO supplement.

Id like to bulk relatively cleanly (dont we all.)

Many thanks for any insight.

I would seriously recommend getting results.

I would probably go with the nitrean if you were adding something to the Pre-workout mix and save the opticen for PWO since that is what is was engineered for.

Are you doing any kind of pre-bedtime shake as well? Mine is opticen/nitrean and 16-20 oz of skim milk. Keeps you full through the night and puts the lbs on nicely.

What are the ingredients in Purple Wrath? Am not familiar with that product.

Results is good stuff if you are looking for a creatine mix, I have been using it for about two months and firmly believe it has a direct correlation with some recent PR's.

Did a little working with it and heres my stack plan:

AtLarge Nitrean
AtLarge Results (pre)
Universal Torrent (post)
Activate XTreme (Nat Test)
Universal Animal Pak (multi-v)
Opt. Melatonin (sleep lol)
Opt. BCAA 1ooo caps
Fish Oil caps

Still in the potential box: Opticen. Looking at flavors etc. May have to beg Chris for a small sample when I place my next Nitrean order this week ;)

Lol, no money making machine...but Ive got enough that I want to supplement correctly. Who knows. Ive got the mentality of if I am going to do it, might as well do it right and try to make the most out of my hard work. If these things have the potential to help supplement my bulking progress (emphasis on supplement) why not give them a shot. If I dont like some of them or dont see the results...Ill reduce, rearrange, etc.

The nat test is a natural testosterone booster. I went back and forth on this one, but it seems a lot of people seem to think that theyve had quite a bit of success with it. Quite a few ActivaTE logs on bb'ing with positive results so I figured I would give it a spin...or not.

Indeed...ive had quite the constant Strawberry Nitrean subscription and I dream of the day that a protein tastes as good as Results! Damn you dextrose!

i would be very very suspect of that stuff.

In all honesty:
Creatine
Multi vitamin (I take the animal paks myself, but there are likely cheaper options that are just effective, and probably not over redundant, I think ALN has one but I am not positive)
lots of food. Shakes can help make up the difference there.

Really, thats it. It would be a lot cheaper that way too. Supps can get very expensive quick.

True...since Ive been on the fence on it, Ill pull it.

Suppose I could mention that I already have a few of these products, so its not like Im going on a monster supp splurge. Here is where I am at:

Nitrean
Univ. Storm + Purple Wraath (pre)
Univ. Torrent (post)
Multi-V
Fish Oil
Melatonin (Ive got a few Dr. buddies who swear by this as a safe natural sleep aid)

;) ... and food! Damn I cant wait to get back a caloric surplus. Cutting is so damn taxing!
