Is there any correlation? I've been drinking a Chocolate Muscle Milk before the gym everyday and maybe it's just my imagination but I feel as if I'm growing man boobs. My diet is solid- chicken, steak, Chipotle burritos, brown rice, veggies, milk, regular protein shakes etc, etc... I'm doing BGB 4 days a week and HIIT. I'm 5'10'' weigh around 185. I have some fat on my bones, but it just seems like I'm growing man boobs. I know it has some Soy derivatives and I've heard Soy has something to do with Estrogen?? Any truth to this?

hmm, well then maybe you're just getting gyno, or maybe its not gyno and you need to check your lifting routine? beats me man, but I really doubt the muscle milk is causing the man boobs

maybe you're just gaining weight. gaining weight sometimes means gaining fat, and it can be on your chest.

If your on an extreme cut - the skin and fat can loosen if you are losing muscle in places such as the chest.

Is it just bodyfat you have noticed, or can you feel any lumpsbehind your nipples?

Really unsure how it would cause gyno, likely just bodyfat gain?

I probably wouldn't be using Muscle Milk on a cut. Actually, I wouldn't be using Muscle Milk at all. Sure, it tastes great, but the amount of fat in it is ridiculous.

not to be an ass, but cytosport actually toned down the fat in muscle milk recently i believe. i think it has half the fat now...which is still 8 grams.

now they have something called MONSTER MILK.

i wouldnt not tak either.

i wouldnt not tak either.

If that is an intentional double negative, then I agree. I don't take it now because its expensive, but I'm not against it at all.

Muscle milk lite is 25g Protein, 11g carbs, 6g fat, and 195 calories. I had a serving of chocolate peanut butter for breakfast and it rocked.

No whey protein does not play a factor in hormonal levels

IF you workout a lot and get a big chest then stop, you will get man boobs regardless, unless you have good genes.

Monster Milk's fiber that I was surprised to find out it has and the oatmeal I've been eating have gotten me "moving" again... hoping the only negative to consuming it so much is the hurting it puts on my wallet...

I got little lumps behind my nips too but if I get my body fat down they're not that noticeable. Hot.
