I am in a cut right now and trying to achieve my protein intake equivalent to my body weight. I have ISOFLEX Whey Isolate Protein, aside from drinking this post workout, can I drink it in the morning to help me achieve my protein intake for the day or will I just crap it back out?

Drinking in the morning is a great idea! All night your body hasn't had any protein and it is just feenin protein. For bulking and cutting, I think you are suppose to balance out your protein throughout the entire day. I take a protein shake about 5 times a day.

1) As soon as I wake up
2) Before I leave for work
3) During work
4) Between dinner and going to the gym (about 1 hour after I eat and about 1 hour before I hit the gym)
5) After I workout (I work out at like 10 pm)

Read the Wannabebig articles and you'll find your concrete answer.

For now, my opinion is as follows:
1. As soon as I wakeup
2. Right after my workout
3. Sometimes before bed if I'm not feeling like eating another meat meal.

As long as you get your protein requirements 1 - 1.5 g per lb bodyweight, you'll be fine. Remember 1% of the knowledge out there will get you 99% there.
