I just picked up a tub of this and the guy that works at the supplement shop told me to take it once when i wake up and once before a workout on workout days, and once in the morning on non-workout days. This contradicts the label which says i should take it pre and post workout. who do i beleive?

Would seem to me he's wanting you to come back a bit quicker and buy some more ;)

From looking at it online it looks to be another NO product with some creatine added. I'd just take it once a day and supplement with some more creatine depending on the levels it contains.

I'm just gonna throw something out there from a broader perspective. Don't get too bogged down in "how" and "when" exactly to take this or drink that. Focus first and foremost on the big picture stuff, like eating enough protein and calories, etc. The rest of this stuff is icing on the cake. Just fyi.

oh im quite aware of that. just wanting to be sure... never hurts to ask...

ps there is a ton of creatine in it, EE, monoH, AKG, phosphate. etc...
