dude your form and arch is sick. you're a little guy with a range of motion a LOT shorter than mine, and i'm 300 lbs.
you are very strong. a little more lockout work and you'll have that 665. next time you try it though, throw 7 plates on :)

You got it lones!! I feel like I can go over 700 on that movement. I like how I can work on touching and lockout at the same time with reverse bands. I'm hoping it'll pay off and boost me into the mid 600's in a meet. Yeah; us short guys have it easy with the ROM, but it kills my deadlift, lol. I have a lot of work to do on my pull, hopefully I can put all 3 together fairly well at my next meet on Nov 8th. I'd like to hit over elite at 198, looking for about 760 squat, 600 bench, and 550 pull. Thanks for all your advice so far it's definitely been helping me out; be sure to let me know if there's anything I can do to help you out too.
