Hey, I have a question of sorts. Generally at dinner I tend to have my carbs/meat along with a side of vegetables and a small salad. Is there any difference to have a bit more vegetables and cutting out the salad. I can't imagine lettuce has that much of an effect.
As far as vegetables go, I no know limits. I eat what the cafeteria has, and salad usually includes the regular types of lettuce, occasionally spinach. I figure i'll still eat a salad once and a while, but i costs extra at the cafeteria most days, and vegetables are free otherwise.
