I want to get leaner. I'm 5'10'' 190 pounds around 13-15% BF if I had to estimate. I wanna lose about 10 pounds of fat. I've been looking at/ recommended a few different diets. Which is best (if there is such a thing): Anabolic Diet, Traditional Cut, Carb Cycle Cut, PSMF... I do really like my carbs and have always felt them necessary for me to get a good workout- whole wheat pastas, brown rice, beans, whole wheat bread, fruits/ veggies etc... However I heard Anabolic and PSMF are very good at losing fat quickly but without the carbs idk how I could function.
