I've been wanting to try this for a while and finally did.
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix everything in a bowl. If it looks wet keep mixing. Roll the batter into 10-15 small balls and place 2" apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Press down on each ball with a fork. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Not spectacular macros, but they're freakin' tasty!
