Hi, I'm 24 years old. I've been weightlifting since high school and am in pretty decent shape... however there is one really annoying problem that I can't seem to get rid of.
I have 0 body fat, been that way since birth. My lower stomach (Where it meets my legs to about 2 inches above the belly button) always sticks out like a beer-belly and/or fat stomach. I don't drink nor eat anything that contributes to me gaining body fat (as I've said, I'm in very good shape).... anyone else have this issue and/or know a way to get rid of it?
Ab workouts don't work, as I have a 6 pack atm.

I was trying to get at that I'm not overweight in any way shape or form. Like, 0% UNNECESSARY fat, there we GO LOL!

If you have a belly, you have fat to lose. <---- Period.
And I'll even move this thread to the proper forum for you.

So I can workout every day, get a six pack, and still have fat in my belly? I weighed like 120 pounds when I was in highschool....

I'd suggest cutting down on the GH.
