PULLUPS - AS MANY AS I CAN
SEAT WEIGHT PULL - 3 X 8
DB ROW - 2 x 8

FIRST DAY JOURNAL. HAD A PROTEIN SHAKE WITH BANNANA, ORANGE AND CEREAL.

TWO TACO BELL DOUBLE DECKER TACOS. ONE TURKEY SANDWICH. TIME TO SMOKE A SPLIFF NOW. :)

Have Not Hit The Gym In Last Few Days.

Diet Today:

1st Meal: Bananna, Strawberries And Milk Protein Shake

2nd Meal: 2 Hot Dogs For Lunch With Wheat Bread

3rd Meal: Brocolli, Beans And Potatoes With Cheese And Hot Sauce

4th Meal: Del Taco Dbl Burger/fries, Sprite Drink And Two Chicken Tacos.

5th Meal: Two Ice Cream Sandwhiches.

Tommorow I Go Back To The Gym. Ive Been Sick And Time To Take Out Some Anger On The Gym!!
