October 3rd progress pics update (sorry for the camera cell) will take better ones with a real camera and someone helping me.
I'm much leaner, tighter and fuller at this point.
My waist has shrunken from a 33.5 to a 33" at 192lbs. My
weight remains the same yet fat and waist continue to
drop.
I train my legs damn hard once a week so they're even
with the rest of my body and starting to really lean up
for their size.
I want to thank everyone for their support and positive feedback
:) all it does is motivate me to work harder and want to help
other people. I can't wait till my Can-Fit Pro exam Oct.11 then
I can start to fully help people.
I've only been allowed to give a basic fitness orientation
set up till this point and only have a few clients every other
day.
