R yall taking both doses at a same time on the results? or splitting them up? Say before and after workouts.I'm going to try it now,hopfully I can bench my body weight by Mike Wolfe's Christmas charity Bench meet.Hope to see u 2there.

I take my first dose with breakfast and my 2nd usually in the mid afternoon. Timing is not as important as dosing although I do think it is important to separate the doses by at least 3-4 hours.

I've actually experimented with both. When I take the double dose at once, it seems to be just too much. Makes me a little sleepy. Now I'm taking the first dose pre workout (1hr) and the second dose in the evening

yeah taking them all at once like travis said has a "dulling" effect on me.. makes me just kinda blah and a little tired though my workouts are still strong as hell. I myself and going with the dosing twice a day, once with breakfast and then another preworkout.
