Not necessarily beginning but a new beginning. I have not been eating like I should and I haven't been going balls to wall at the gym like I used too.

Its time to get back into the game and hard!! I'll also be doing this while working 70 hours a week, yikes!!

I'm going to get back on to bill starr's 5x5 I had success with it about a year ago... I bought a pill organizer so that will keep me in check with my pills.

Supps I will be taking is
Multi vitamin
Fish oil
Calcium
Creatine
Test-5g a day. Doctor prescribed so not really a supp..

After many hours of thinking reorganizing and planning. My Strategically, scientifically intricate, schematically, mathematically, intensified plan follows as:
1. Eat.
2. Lift heavy weights.
3. Rest.


Here are the pics I plan to gain a lot more weight and just overall get bigger and fill out. You wouldnt believe me if I told you how much I weighed, its no bueno...

I've just been preparing myself mentally the last couple of days and asking my heavenly father for strength. I'm so ready!!!

Your arms seem to have progressed much faster/better/more than your chest has.

Test - I'm guessing that's some sort of testosterone supplement?

Yea its bugs the hell out of me I cant get my chest too grow. Even back when I could bench 285 and weighed 180 it was still small...

And yes test means testosterone.

Yea, well, kinda. How did you know? I play sports with my left hand, wright with my right hand, weld with my right hand, pour milk with my left hand, eat cereal with my right hand.... I just use each hand for different things kinda weird..

Thanks, and this is only the beginning!! Anyone have any tips for my chest? I do chains and flies as assistance every other week..

Yeah, get bigger. You didn't post your weight, but you said it's low. Put on 30-40lbs, your chest will be bigger, guaranteed. Just keep working out in hypertrophy range, 10-12 sets per bodypart per week (i.e. 12 sets for chest) mixing up your routine every 3 months (rep routine, exercise order, exercise selection etc.) to prevent a plateau in gains.

Up 7lbs since pics Ill get some more pics up once I gain 5 more lbs. I swear if I miss one meal it seems like I lose 5lbs.
