how does the trimmed to so and so work?
i came up with this from searching the web
Seperable Lean - Meat with visible fat removed. Fat will still remain inside of the meat.
Seperable Lean and Fat - The original portion of meat, all fat included.
do web sites have the standard trimmed to amount the steak comes with? or do i have to measure it witha ruler or what
thanks guys for your support
