Hey guys,
I train MMA 4-5 days a week - mitt work, sparring, rolling and basic wrestling-team style conditioning - and its been getting tough lately to make it to the gym for weight training. I still work hard at home though, but I think my chest is a weak point for me. What exercises can I do at home with what I've got to emphasize the chest a little more (or what do I need that can I get on the cheap)?
Equipment-wise I have a flat bench, two 20 pound dumbbells, a single dumbbell handle with 70 lbs of plates, a 25 lb medicine ball, a heavy bag, two semi-truck tires and a sledgehammer.
Thanks in advance!
Rob
