Here's video of Vincent from this past weekend. He did a really spectacular job considering the circumstances.

Great job Vin! Keep up the good work!

I'd love to do 600 for one rep, let alone five. Awesome job bud! The speed that you blasted the first few reps off with was crazy.

Thanks guys. I wish I had a better understanding for the rules. I thought you had to hear the rep count before you could lower the bar. I don't watch other people before I lift so I did not know that as soon as you got to the top most were just immediately bringing the weight back down. I may have had a few more reps in me had I done it that way.

It was awesome lifting with such great lifters. I really enjoyed hanging out with the guys. Thanks to the great support from my sponsors AtLargeNutrition and Inzer Advance Designs.

The best is the stop pause 6 inches off the chest and bring it back down for rep five because for some reason the judge stop giving press calls. That is impressive. After not lifting or warming up for well over an hour falling down the stairs and performing not one but 2 sets of five reps in five minutes with 600 is crazy. Way to man up Vinny, you got heart brother and a big set. I'm proud to call you friend.

I love you too Rhodes:moon:

Nice job Vin! The negative on the 5th rep was excellent, lol.

That's what I was gonna ask. Who is that tall, skinny bastard? Is he a volleyball player or something? :evillaugh:

Lookout, Matt is taking a few months off from equipment and doing Wendler's 5,3,1 program. He's defnintely going to fill out. Big Matt gives the best liftoff in the business.

In addition to being the Paris Hilton of Powerlifting, Matt Rhodes truly is a pro at the liftoff. Few have been so honored as to have him hand us heavy weight.

Thanks guys. Reps are rough. I had to take an ice bath later that night. I'm looking forward to lifting singles tomorrow at Zane and Sandi's meet.
