So after spending months reading everything I can (my head is overflowing with info) I think a PH cycle of Epistane would be best for me to start....

some background info on myself....
Turning 26 this year, been working out since I was 16, working out properly since i was 19. I've made some great gains (gone from 110lbs to 183lbs @ 5'7") Just looking for something to push me to the next level...

I plan on taking Epistane for 4 weeks, 5x per week (weekdays)
Being my first PH cycle I'm looking to minimize any sides and make some moderate gains

Epistane
Week 1: 10,10,20,20,30
Week 2: 30 mg
Week 3: 30 mg
Week 4: 30 mg

PCT: Nolvadex
Week 5: 40,40,40,20,20,20,20
Week 6: 20mg everyday
Week 7: 10mg everyday
Week 8: 10mg everyday

Cycle Support:
AI Cycle Support, Posieden, Cissus (for my joints)

Now some questions:

Is a max dose of 30 mg of Epi enough? Should I bump it up to 40 in week 3?
Can I take a lower dose of Nolvadex?
I was considering taking an AI like Formestane or 6-OXO, how would I dose this? I was reading that it should be ramped up as nolva is tapered off?
Lastly is it necessary to take an anti-cort and a test booster? if so what do you guys recommend and what dosage?

Have i got most of this correct? Is this overkill? Am I completely off and ******ed for doing a PH cycle instead of a some real gear?

Thanks for any input/info!!

a friend told me: "no needle, no gain"

are you afraid of injecting yourself?

i definitely do not have a problem injecting myself, my concerns are
- first time trying this, want to do something relatively mild and see how my body reacts
- have concerns with finding a legit source

When I first started doing research I was intending on using real gear but after doing much reading and following some logs it seems people have had some great results with Epi with little to no sides......

Do they keep the gains they make for the longterm or does most of it disappear? Thats the real issue with a lot of the prohormones as far as I can tell.

well I'll let somebody else more knowledgeable step in, but I've talked with quite a few people and one thing they ALL agree on is that a first cycle should AT LEAST include some test E (and some say thats all it should have).

This is not a steroid. It belongs in the supp forum.

I've done some reading over at Anabolic Minds, IBE forums, and a couple others. people were reporting gains ranging from 8-15 lbs depending on length of cycle and dosage. Some people lost 2-3 lbs after they stopped, many continued gaining.

And with what sides? If they continued gaining after they stopped, then it had nothing to do with the PH. Do yourself a favor and don't go this route. I won't even ask why you would do something on weekdays and not weekends...
