Just finished a tube of Massacra, its an olimp sup so generally good anyway, I certainly feel alot stronger and it gives you a good jolt before training, 5 grams of mixture made up of taurine, caff, tyrosine,and actyle carnitine, so its to be expected, but would definitley recommend it, I felt more wired taking NO shotgun but results on the massacra have been better so I presume the 7grams of creatine per serving are doing the trick
