Hey everyone...

Ive been working out for almost 3 years now, and really haven't seen the kind of gains i was hoping for. But after doing much research i quickly realized diet is just as important as hitting the weights. (especially if your a hardgainer like myself)

So for the first time im trying to put together a meal plan for myself.
I am trying to maintain my body weight right now, so i want to consume 15x my body weight and im doing a 50%protein/30%carb/20%fat diet, eating 6 meals a day.

My question is, when putting this together, how do you know all of the nutritional facts on every piece of food im going to add to my diet? I just don't really know what foods to add/not to add ( if its under my limit for the day or over my limit)

I did some searching on websites that may have a food list with the nutritional facts but couldn't come up with anything.

any help would be appreciated! thanks!

really? I took a wild guess and typed nutritiondata.com and came up with a useful website...

fitday.com
calorieking.com
thedailyplate.com

did you really even look for anything?
