I squatted 400 pounds!

(I know my butt was below my knee, but not sure if the crease of my hip was level with my knee or not, I was looking at my purple face in the mirror not my hips.)

Two years ago, I hurt my knee and could barely walk up stairs. And now I'm squatting 400 pounds. Very cool.

Great job; I too am working on increasing my squat. I would be proud with 400 lbs right now. Its amazing how your squat numbers go down when you start squating legal depth after a year or so squating high.

Out of curiousity, do you take a really wide stance to shorten the ROM that you have to go through?

I'm working on going wider than I currently do. But, no my stance is not *really* wide ( it's not narrow either ). Next time I squat, I'll have to take some videos.
