yea just saw the fat loss workout, my question is do i follow those two only? one week "bodybuilding" and the other week "General Fitness and nutrition"? or how exactly is the workout? im a lil confused thats why

i just ordered the stack but i wanna get everythin else sorted out. i should get my shipment round monday or so...if it gets too confusin i think ima go with the whole body workout (kinda bvoring) from mens health abs diet

Fat loss = consuming less calories than you burn + heavy @$$ lifting(sticking strictly to your compound lifts) + http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=46565&highlight=bodybuilder+eats

are there any specific routines to follow while on this stack, lifting wise i mean, i dunno im still sorta lost on the whole workin out part. i want to know how/ what do workout. i have been workin out in the past but i wanna know what to workout in what day and etc...thanks
