I am officially 300 pounds as of today!!!! 25 more pounds til I get ran out of town :)

60 pounds to go til I'm where I wanna be. Those size 36 jeans and Rollercoaster at Cedar Point are now well with in sight.

I'll post my 300 pound pics in my log and I'll keep my clothes on so dont worry :)

Thanks Chris and Daniel for helping me on all of this.

Congratulations. Although I am sure you hear it all the time, you are an inspiration everytime I enter the gym.

Good job on the 300 Mike. We will not be able to make it tomorrow. They moved my boys soccer game at 10:00.

Say it ain't so. We're losing another. Too many have gone the way of Jim Wendler, Dave Tate, and Marc Bartley. This is an epidemic. Abercrombie & Fitch is winning.

Good luck to you, Mike. Roller coasters rock! I wish you the best, but no one should be congratulating him. Congratulations on becoming a shadow of your former self?

Way to go Mike! Is your strength staying up? I'm considering coming down a couple of wt. classes after WPC World's, maybe 40-50 lbs. slowly; so I'm very curious how your strength is compared to before you started losing.
