That is some incredible pulling for reps!
Also on YouTube, Konstantinovs benches 520x1 with a narrow grip. He brings the bar down super fast and bounces it, but that is a lot of weight for a guy who is 265 to be handling raw...

i'd like to see some squat videos. he has to have a big squat with a posterior chain and upper back as strong as his.

Wow that is insane. What's the most he's pulled for a single?

948 @ 275

that was a little while ago too wasn't it?

its obvious he's been training his deadlift still, haha

i have no doubt if he went to SHW he would pass Bolton way up. its even more impressive seeing his physique + his deadlift.

maybe thats the secret...then again, maybe the secret is to wear a belt similar to the one in Will's avatar

Why does he start from the top of the lift?

Why doesn't he use more legs? That's like 100% back... Crazy!

Why does he start from the top of the lift?

By starting with an eccentric and tapping off the floor he can take advantage of the stretch reflex... makes it easier than pulling from a dead stop.

I tried, no carry over to the deadlift.

Pull throughs on the other hand....

Tis true - I remember a video of Benny doing this type of training as well. Seems to be working!

konsti has to be one of my favorite deadlifters..dude is just insanely strong and he pulled some ridiculous numbers at a junior as well RAW! I believe in the 800-900lb range.

Why doesn't he use more legs?

I'm guessing because he doesn't need to.

That's like 100% back... Crazy!

No kidding. Crazy strong.
