Wanted some feed back on BCAA use...

Some time ago I introduced BCAA tablets PWO and had great results... but as money was an issue at that time, my short experiment was trashed. Now probably 10 years later, I got back into using BCAA after doing some reading on Elite, and again my results have been awesome. I feel that the BCAA's play a big role in my success over the last 4 months as they are the only thing I've introduced to my diet - pre-workout I use about 15g of BCAA and then another 10g pwo with an additional 8g leucine - and my body comp is better (leaner), and my strength is better than ever.

Now I'm thinking, after doing more reading, that increasing my BCAA supplementation would be a great idea. My thinking is using it in 10 to 20 gr doses instead of traditional protein shakes... on top of what I currently do...

What have been people's experience with BCAA? Is this a good experiment or has anyone been there done that and can help out?

i use BCAA's pre workout, post workout, and when i wake up at night. i don't think they are that important when you are getting plenty of protein, but when dieting they can be a great tool.
