was this singly ply or multi ply?

10-13-2008, 01:11 PM
Thanks guys. I did it in a double ply. I did 700 at the UPA meet in 07 in a single ply.
It is alot easier to do in a double. Why grind it out when you dont have to?

I was very disappointed because I wanted to hit 733+. Oh well, time to heal up and
then work on getting stronger.

Sorry, I havent posted in awhile.
Was a little pissed that I am still
having arm trouble. I thought I was
past that injury. Gonna take
some time off to get ready for the
fit expo.
