do all pre workout supplements include NO?

because ive been taking super pump 250 and i have reacted bad to it. at first it was cool but now im developing a serious cough. i think it might be because the nitric oxide in sp250. ive had this cough for alittle over a week now.. could it be the n.o or can i just be sick??

How long have you been taking it before the cough developed. Although I cannot really comment on the effectiveness of Superpump or NO products in general (never tried them and I have heard more mixed reviews of NO stuff than damn near anything), I seriously doubt it would be causing your cough.
