Well it's been a while, i have been training in the depth of hell grinding it out.
And last time i posted pics my legs were pathetic, but no more!!!
Just wanted to say thanks to those you gave me real positive criticism.

So here are my before and after's :)

Thanks for you're support,

Ederon

You've made some great progress. It'd be great to see you be a more productive member of the board rather than just showing up to post pictures. Great job on the legs.

It was a "thank-you" to the community that helped me get through this, i work 60hours a week and train for 4hours a day, i don't have time to post every day like yourself. I just wanted to say thanks for people who helped me out and move up, thats all. *sheesh

Ederon don't take that in a negative way. The fact that he wants you to post means he knows you have something to offer. Obviously you do because you look great right now! I remember what Built said about your legs before... "If you block the top half of your body I wouldn't know if those legs belonged to a man or a woman". Well they definately look more swole now! Gj

Looking great man, legs definitely look bigger.

Just curious, what are all your measurements (if you know)? Legs, arms, chest, waist, etc. It's so hard to tell when guys are really lean.

BF got what I mean. We don't have many competitive bbers on here. It would have been great to see your post season bulk and pre-contest diet. I'm sure we could have learned from them.

I was 187 on Oct 4th. Im at 205, gonna try a clean bulk this time. I want to compete in May 24th at 220. Last december i was around 245 and most of it was fat because by the time i was in contest shape i was 187. Tips on bulk? I always seem to eat like crap when im not competing
