Whats up everyone,
Im a 21 year old about 185 pounds and I have been lifting for a while now, but I am really trying to gain mass. So far all I have been using is a pre-workout caffein drink and a post work out muscle milk with some added glutamine. All of this is revolved around a good diet. Sometimes I take Z-Mass before I go to bed after a hard work out.
My question is, what stack is best for me? Pre work out, post work out, BCAA's? I want to begin taking supplements but i have no idea where to start.

Can someone help me out with a stack thats pretty good that involves a beginners amount of creatine (since I have never used it before), a pre workout formula, and post work out formula.

Also whats the best protein to use? Casein or regular whey protein.

And please include brand names

I think ive decided on a pre-workout formula, No explode. Does this count as my creatine supplement or should i get something else to go along with this. Any Recommendations?

You obviously didn't decide on that based on your search results on this site.

Read the label, figure out how much creatine it has in it, figure out how much you need, and then based on that information, decide whether or not you need additional creatine.

my diet is pretty good, i havent really counted caloric intake but i eat about every 2- 3 hours, not huge portions, but one meal will be like half a sub from subway or half a bag of chips and a protein shake. Dinner always consists of salad, grilled chicken/steak and lots of greens.
