well......... to shorten this NO it's expensive and not as good as many other alternitives. use the search and look for better alternitives.

take it back, if you got it from GNC it wont matter if you opened it. get ALN's mass gainer if you're out to spend money. just dont waste it on muscletechs garbage which is overpriced to pay for their ridiculous advertising/bull****ting budget
