The weight felt good. I just need to work my lockout and get comfortable with heavier weight. I have a plan to compete in February. I'll be posting in my log again. Back to the drawing board.

So it was the same exact thing that happened in training the week before only with the other arm? Maybe I should have told you that you sucked and shouldn't go for it. I'm sure you'll be working on correcting this problem on Friday though.
Also, I have surgery tomorrow. I doubt I will be up to driving all the way down to the gym just to be there. If I feel good I will try it though.

Nice lifting Vincent. What meet are you doing in february? Is it the SSA CandyAzz Classic? If so, i'm pretty sure i'll be lifting at that one. I believe it's being held at the iron asylum?

That's still very impresive. Was the arm that colapsed a bit the one you ruptured the bicep tendon on?

Even the miss was impressive. Get that lockout straight and you'll knock down some more big #'s.
