Hey guys, looking for some help with a way to have a good healthy quick breakfast. I would prefer having something drinkable as Im not great with solids in the morning and usually wake up late so I am in a hurry :). I also live in a college dorm (DRAG) so I dont have anywhere to cook anything. I currently have Maximus and use it later on in the day, but could I use this for breakfast as well? Or would I be better off using Opticean or muscle milk since they are meal replacements? Thanks!
