May seem simple, but better safe than sorry.

Should one do the protein shakes (loaded ones, e.g. 1300 calories) only on workout days or every day? Should a person do big calorie shakes on a workout day and normal, lower calorie ones on non workout days? Just something I've been pondering.

Do a search and learn how to track your maintenance calories. If you're trying to gain weight add @ 500 calories/day, if you're trying lose weight subract @ 500 calories/day. But eat the same number of calories everyday...
