55 minute walk. Was supposed to do my second lower body day today but I was still sore from thursday. I probably won't have time to do it tomorrow so I might just have to chalk it up as a loss. Not training for anything specific at the moment. On a sidenote I am down to a lean mean 302 pounds. I've only lost 10 lbs in the last 6 weeks or so and I need to start conditioning again, even if its just walking. Bumped Adele during the walk.
Seem like you are being a lot more consistent anyway. You eventually plan to do a meet again though?
Edit: never heard of Jersey Shore but anyone who names themselves 'the' anything is an asspiece. The Rock, The Edge etc.....

No lifting, I did walk 2 miles and I have no idea how long it took. For my fans, (Flynn), I scored a 97 out of 100 on my states police exam. So I may be a cop soon and I still can't sleep. I have to lose about 50 lbs so the training is going to change, powerlifting is awesome and I love it but it is going to take a backseat for a while. I'm also dating a pretty girl who will totally dig me not being 300 lbs so I hope this is a positive thing. Karsten is going to be like a pregnant chick, he will have to be fat for two for a while.

Good thing that you met this girl before you were 220lbs because you will be sure she likes the real you. The 308lbs you.

I know Carlos, never really talked to him though. Due to some unpleasantness with some oompa loompas a few years back I am very apprehensive talking to anyone under 5 feet tall.
