hey everyone, I am debating whether to buy a casein supplement. First, I would like to know some examples of high casein protein that I could eat/drink before I go to bed. I would much rather get a natural food source of this type of protein. Any help would be great!

I looked up lowfat cottage cheese on fitday.com to check out the nutrition label... It listed 1 cup of cottage cheese at 28 grams! How much does it usually cost, seems like a serving of milk, yogurt and cottage cheese should bring me around 40 grams a night of mostly casein proteins (on days that I workout). Opinions?

Cottage Cheese
Milk
Fruity Yogurt
Ice Cubes

Blend and drink. If you do it right, it can taste like a McDonalds milk shake. Nice treat when cutting.

i'm gonna try mixing the cottage cheese and yogurt, along with a class of milk. That should put me at a solid 40 grams before I go to bed.
