Ive spent a fair amount of time reviewing and being inspired by others journals. Now I have decided to create my own. I figure this will help me track my progress and also, if anyone actually reads it, maybe I can get some good suggestions/pointers...


Wednesday I started the "30 pounds in 30 days" workout.

A heavy bench day was due so I started on what would be the 3rd workout of the 1st week. To anyone saying I'm not strictly sticking to the workout, I dont care, b/c I believe Im starting 5lbs under my max. The reason for this is b/c last time I maxed (315), homey at the gym had his fingers on the bar; unacceptable, i know. Anyhow, im starting based on 310.

Machine Abs
1x15x65, 1x12x85, 1x6x135 1x4x180

Lat Pulldown (Overhand) - I need to switch to underhand per the workout
10x80, 8x120, 5x140
