Didnt you used to train bench one day a week and military press on the other? If so, how was your typical military press day plus assistance?

While I was training for raw, I started with speed bench on that day. When I was not doing raw I just did military with back and biceps. Now I am doing it on ME bench day. I am doing a push (chest, shoulders, and tri's) day, a pull day (deadlift, back, and bi's) day, and a leg/core (squats, low back, and abs) day. In other words, I think you can throw them in wherever as long as it makes sense. Just lift heavy. SFW!
