Static Stretching post Workout

Dynamic Stretch pre workout

Ice sore muscles

Ice post workout

Do hot/cold intervals on legs in shower daily, especially post workout

Get a massage whenver you can, especially after intense workouts

Learn proper form for lifts before doing anything nearly heavy

Learn proper technique for drills

Loosen joints by rotations before any physical activity

Stretch daily statically

Properly Hydrate yourself through the day

Plan out training volume of workouts/weeks/program

Don't train too hgih volume suddenly, increase based on training age
