Last November I was 380lbs and just lazy. I started working out more bodybuilding type workouts and went from 380lbs to 275lbs then took hydroxycut for a few months and got to my lowest weight of 256lbs. When I came off the hydroxycut I went back up to 268-272lbs. In the last four months or so I made a switch from BB to powerlifitng and my strength has gone way up. Right now I'm on a PH and weigh 283lbs and my three lifts are Bench 350lbs Squat 400 DL 450.
