I have flu like symptoms but I havent thrown up.. all ive been able to get down is some water, shredded wheat and 7up :( im also lactose intollerent so no whey shakes today :( /pouts any suggestions other than suck it up and eat some meat? thanks.

Sleep as much as possible, will keep you from losing weight and help you to recover more quickly.

Would try to eat whatever food you can stomach. Peanut butter is very dense in calories if you can eat that.

Eat and sleep like you're still training. Get some Vitamin C crystals. Oregano oil wouldn't hurt either.
