I am looking for a routine that will improve my vertical greatly and will allow me to workout my upper body as well! anyone have a link or a routine they could paste here?

So yesterday after i lifted i went to the gym and tested my vertical its only
27 or 28 im pretty sure i tested it right you extend your arm up to the point you can touch and subtract that number from where you touch? and what should my vertical look like?

im 6"0 probably 6"1 in shows

sounds like you measured it right.
jumps very per person.
im 5'8" and my best is like a 38"

wish i had a 38" vertical maybe then i could actually dunk and not just hang on the rim lol

your vertical usually goes way down after you lift. Try testing it sometime on a day you haven't lifted, or right before.
