Cube up some squash and roast in oven with olive oil, garlic powder, salt n pepper.

Simultaneously boil penne pasta and in a saucepan you wanna cook up some diced onions, zucchini, chicken thinghs (or breasts) cubed with smoked paprika, fresh crushed garlic, salt and pepper in a generous amt of olive oil.

Once pasta is cooked, drain and add in saucepan. Then add in the roasted squash with all it's juices and oil. Mix.

Dice up red chilis (add a few seeds for heat if ya like) and incorporate.

Damn good!

I will be making this next week. Have you done the numbers on it yet to find calories/protein/carbs etc for your exact amounts?

No. That takes the fun out of it. Just make it and eat gobs of it on Squat day. :evillaugh:
