Whatever is on the gym playlist. As above, mostly Miley Cyrus or something. If I'm lucky it will be something hardcore like Avril Latrine (sp?) or Pink. :micro:

I got sick of listening to what the gym was playing and I got lucky and my wife gave me a MP3 player for my b-day a few years ago. Now I can listen to what I want and pretend to not hear all the people trying to talk to me and bother me while I'm trying to lift.
Here's some good ****, the second song crushes:

Great call my friend:
"Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of themself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I Live, I will kill you, If I Die, You are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor."

Burn the Priest, some pre-Lamb of God right there. That's quite the album.
