Should my diet vary at all from my workout days (MWF on Rippetoe's routine) to my non workout days? I'm 6'0" 165 lbs and just started my bulk today.

For more information here (http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=kpatterson14206) is my FitDay for today. My protein shake is low-fat upstate farms chocolate milk with 2 scoops of chocolate nitrean.

That sounds like a tasty PWO shake!

I would keep your nutrition similar on your off days with the exception of a simple carb pre-workout meal and your post workout shake. Off days are when you recover so you want to keep your protein and calorie intake high on them as well.
