Just a quick note to everybody here... Online journals are public, and open to be posted in by everybody, and intelligent feedback is almost always encouraged and appreciated.

But please, be a little considerate of other people's journals. When actual posts by the journal's "owner" become pverwhelmed by a dozen off topic, blatant spam posts, this can get a little annoying. It's also disrespectful. And to everyone who has a journal, feel free to put your foot down, e-mail a mod, and the spam will be removed.

Journals are the place to discuss one's training, diet, have occasional debates/exchange ideas, and occasionally banter about personal life, etc. They are NOT the place to pick up members of the opposite sex or disparage other members.

Continued off-topic and/or inappropriate posts in journals will result in the offender being placed under moderation, or booted from the site and sent to some other board, where he or she can sit in a corner and debate the finer points of the Weider Principles with a bunch of 6'0", 140 pound 16 year olds.

(Not that there's anything wrong with being a moderately tall, skinny teenager)

I concur with my fellow journal mod, i personally don't give a damn if my journal gets spammed, at least it would lead me to believe you people actually read it :cry:

Orange, you might need inforce your trademarks more if you want to keep your trademarks. :D :D I haven't seen anyone else put "idiot sightings"(TM) in their journals except for yours. Those are always a great read.

You gotta remember though Pietro, these bench presses are done submaximally and in legal fashion as I am thinking about doing a meet in May. I don't do the half reps that you do tuttut ;)

I talked to your deadlift, it wants to dump you, but it's been with you at 135 for soo long..it doesn't want to leave without trying to make it work.
