first,how much protein should i take with each intake?
secondly,how long is the interval before i take protein again?

General rule of thumb would be 25 - 40 grams of protein depending on the timing (Your post workout shake can be a little larger than the ones in between meals or before bed). If you are talking about food then I would say to eat as much as you can without making yourself uncomfortable. A large steak could have 80+ grams of protein in it but it will break down slowly so your body can utilize much of the nutrients.

As for timing, I would give yourself 2-3 hours between meals unless you are extremely hungry for some reason. I would also not eat within 1 hour prior to training, but make sure to eat immediately following your workout.

I eat whenever I'm hungry and until I'm full. I love how my body tells me when to eat and how much. It's pretty neat.
