I was doing BGB for about 2 months and I increased all my major lifts. However, I'm really bored with it, and feel like I stopped progressing.

I'm kinda sick of 5x5 and want to focus more on a 3x10-12 type routine for hypertrophy.

Any recommendations? I was looking at WBB 3? Anyone use it before and see good results?

I think the WBB splits are pretty crappy. esp compared to BGB.

What are your specific goals?

Eventually be around 200 pounds, under 10 BF%. Big three as high as possible.

You have a couple of options. You can change the movements / movement order/ set rep scheme in BGB. This is probably your best point of departure. If you have been progressing with this split then Id reccommend keeping the bones of it.

Heres some food for thought:

If a "/" appears then that implies WeekA / Week B

Squat - Week 1RE- 5x5/Week 2-ME 5x3-1
DL Week 1 ME/Week 2 RE (IF ME DL then do DL 1st and Sq 2nd)
Calf Raises 5x5/ 2x20

Flat Press Week 1 ME/ Week 2 RE
BO Row 5x5
Dips Week 1 RE/ Week 2 ME

Power Clean 5x3
SLDL 5x5
Front Box Squats DE 10x2/ RE

OH Press 5x5
Pullups 5x5
Decline Crunches 5x5

one of the things marianne mentions in her description of bgb is that you can switch up the basics of your routine.
ie: if you hit flat barbell benchpress on your horiz. day then you can simly switch it to flat db press. some others of the sorts:
regular squats --> front squats (or hacks)
lat pull down --> weighted chins

etc..

I'm thinkin bout doin the same thing pretty soon here cuz my bench is plateuing again
