since this is the first entry in my journal, im gonna start with my new goals

put on as much lean mass as possible

increase maxes to new PRs

not eat myself outta house and home




new routine

monday
front and rear squats 3x10
weighted step ups 3x10
calf raises 3x10
lunges


tuesday

wood chops 3x10
incline db press 3x10
dips 3x 10
flys 3x10
bench 3 x 10


wedn

bb rows
mil press
pushups
deadlifts

thursday

leg press
calf raises
weighted step ups

friday
curls
bb rows
flys
dips
deads

todays food

breakfast 9am

3 hardboiled eggs
1 8oz grilled chix breast
i cup oatmeal


snack
2 bannanas
3 hardboiled eggs
6oz steak

lunch

3 hardboiled eggs
8oz chix breast
1 cup steamed veggies

snack
50g protien shake

snack
bannana
2 cups cottage cheese

dinner

house salad w\ ranch


any comments or suggestions are welcome. help me to reach my goals. i wanna be as big as i can. im not worried about being cut, but dont wanna get fat either

leg day was yesterday,could barley walk outta the gym afterwards. lgs feel great today though! cheated on my meals a lil bit yesterday.... but only because i ran outta food at work. beef and broccoli from the local Chinese place hit the spot though.
