Seems like the only thing I can drink is water and diet soda. I'm not really a fan of diet soda, but water gets old pretty quick :\

I tried some diet peach snapple yesterday, it was actually just s good as the regular stuff.

i love the arizonas rasberry iced tea and it is only 99cents a can. its awesome stuff.

also gatorade is awesome, im not sure if it is good with your diet though.

I would be careful if you are drinking a ton of diet beverages since some have aspartame in them or other things that might not be great for you.

Unsweetened tea is very good and you can always add your own splenda or lemon juice. They even make it in powder form which is very inexpensive at Wal-Mart or any food store. Crystal Lite also works well but can taste a little sweet so you might want to dilute it a bit.

Water is always safe and sometimes you just have to force yourself to be disciplined if you want the results.

yeah I know. I usually drink water, even before I started this diet. it's just hard to ONLY drink water. Need some variety you know

Anything low carb fits a keto diet.

slice up some lemons & limes and stick them in the water to flavour it.

by the way you dont have to cut the carbs to absolutely zero on a keto diet. a very small amount will not affect it.

Oh I know. I had 40 carbs today.

I'm down 8 lbs, back to 245. I'm going to get stricter on this now though. I slipped up and jumped from 20 carbs to 40 carbs. I'm going to actually follow Atkins guidelines and not just winging it.

Gonna start to add in some tabata squats, as well as some body weight exercises to keep my strength up until they figure out what's wrong with my back.
