He looks a lot bigger than his weight says. What's he weighing in those vids?

And what are some benefits of V bar pulls

I'm not criticizing or anything, but I notice that he doesn't stand up completely between most of his squat reps. Is there any particular reason for this?

How dare you criticize me! HAHAHA Just kidding, I'm here to learn and looking for feed back in order to improve too.

Yes that is true, I do not lock out all of my reps.

I do this on alot of exercises. Mostly squats and dumbell presses.

For squats, that's just the way I squat, explosively with out locking out. It keeps the tension on everything. Come meet day I stand up straight and lock out completely.

The reason for dumbell shoulder and incline presses is it kills my shoulders! If I touch the db's together and lock them out at the top my shoulder sometimes slips out of the joint? Well, not completely but it feels like they slip out a little.

Funny thing is, after Nationals (June) this year I decided I'm going to lock out all squat reps. Well, looking back this is when all my recent knee trouble started. I went back to my old form and knee pain is gone. I also noticed the bar rolled up my back as I would rep out each set??

Hope that helps clear things up.

I weighed and usually weigh around 205-210.

V bar is easy on my shoulders and really hits my mid-upper back. Most do them on the lat pull down or hung over the top of a powerrack, but we sometimes do them suspended from the ceiling. It give more range of motion than the over the powerrack set up vecuase the bar isn't in the way.
