I compete on Saturday(WV), but will be judging, spotting, loading,etc on Sunday!

I've only done a quick glance around, so maybe I'm wrong, by why doesn't NASA have the squat? And how do they enforce the strict curl? How do you guys train for it?

Edit: I looked a little closer and found that there are several NASA meets with the squat. My mistake! :-p

This meet will probably be my biggest challenge because my strength is down about 10%.

Are you competing at the Nov 15 Colorado Regional Championship?

NASA has around 50-60 meets a year that includes full powerlifting competitions,etc.
